4. “Adoption Center” means Optimus KNF as the sole organization responsible for listing and managing animals for adoption.

3. Eligibility to Use Our Services

To use the Optimus KNF platform, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years old or have parental supervision.
2. Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration or while interacting with the platform.
3. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Not be previously banned from our platform for violating policies.

We reserve the right to decline service or restrict access if we believe a user poses a risk to animals, the platform, or the community.

4. User Accounts & Verification

To access certain features—such as applying for adoption—you must create an account.

By creating an account, you agree to:

1. Maintain the confidentiality of your login details.
2. Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Only create one account per person unless granted permission.
4. Provide correct information during verification (email and/or phone number).

We may require additional verification methods such as:

1. Email code verification

3. Identification documents in special cases

Failure to comply may result in account suspension.

5. Website & Platform Usage Rules

You agree not to use our platform for:

6. Pet Listings & Availability

Optimus KNF operates as a single-vendor adoption center, meaning:

1. All animals listed are handled, examined, and placed for adoption only by us.
2. Pet availability may change without prior notice.
3. Information such as breed, age, and health may be based on best estimates if exact data is unavailable.
4. We reserve the right to remove or update listings at any time.

We ensure every pet undergoes fundamental health evaluation before placement, but we do not guarantee lifetime health or behavior consistency.

7. Adoption Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

By applying, you understand that:

1. Applications are reviewed based on suitability, environment, capacity to care, and pet-specific needs.
2. We may request additional information or conduct an interview.
3. We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation, primarily to protect the pet’s welfare.
4. Once approved, adopters must comply with issued instructions regarding the pet’s care, transition, and pickup.

8. Fees & Payments

While adoption may involve required or optional fees (e.g., medical fees, vaccination fees, delivery fees), you acknowledge that:

1. All payments must be made using approved methods listed on the platform.
2. Payment confirms intent to adopt but does not override suitability assessments.
3. Fees may be updated from time to time.
4. Ineligible users who paid fees may be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

9. Delivery & Pickup

Optimus KNF may offer:

1. In-person pickup
2. Delivery service (fees may apply)

By using these services, you agree that:

1. Delivery schedules depend on location, availability, and the pet’s condition.
2. You must provide accurate address and contact details.
3. Failure to receive the pet at the scheduled time may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

10. Animal Welfare & Adopter Responsibilities

By adopting a pet, you agree to:

1. Provide food, shelter, medical care, and emotional attention.
2. Not abuse, harm, or neglect the animal under any circumstance.
3. Not resell or abandon the animal.
4. Notify us immediately if you can no longer keep the pet—we will assist in return or rehoming.

We reserve the right to deny future adoptions if a user is found violating any welfare obligations.

11. Limitations of Liability

Optimus KNF is not liable for:

1. Unexpected changes in a pet’s health or behavior post-adoption
2. Costs related to veterinary care after adoption
3. User errors, misinformation, or misuse of the platform
4. Losses resulting from unauthorized account access
5. Delays due to transportation or unavoidable disruptions

All adoptions are made with the understanding that animals can change over time and unpredictable factors may arise.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the platform—including logos, designs, text, images (excluding user-uploaded images), and system structure—is the property of Optimus KNF.

Users may not:

1. Copy, reproduce, or modify platform materials
2. Use Optimus KNF branding without permission
3. Scrape or harvest data from the website

Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

13. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to:

1. Update features
2. Add or remove services
3. Change Terms & Conditions
4. Modify policies
5. Adjust adoption requirements

Changes become effective upon posting on the website.

14. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate user accounts for:

2. Fraudulent activity
3. Animal cruelty or mistreatment
4. False information
5. Attempting to manipulate the adoption system

Termination does not entitle users to compensation unless required by law.
